“How To Write A Business Plan”

A well-prepared business plan helps you focus your business ideas, helps you determine the feasibility of those ideas, and can help you obtain financing to make those ideas a reality.  A business plan also enables the entrepreneur to identify the risks involved in the business venture and how those risks can be minimized. The key components of a business plan, the information that bankers and investors are looking for, and the cash flow analysis will be discussed.

“How to Finance Your Small Business”

One of the most important facts for the successful startup of your small business is adequate financing. Existing businesses often need additional operating funds beyond those generated from internal sources. Attend this seminar to learn about the various sources of business capital, and learn how to select a banker and successfully negotiate financing.  The programs of the Small Business Administration and other business development programs that can help your business obtain funds will also be discussed.
